There are only 2 around MA, 1 way out in the western part of the state which 
also has a PL as well so it can do both, and 1 more near me which was put up 
by a bunch of commercial radio enthusiasts. While it's an open repeater, 
near me, I can't help but think they did that knowing not many hams have 
that around here yet and they kind of want it private though they could just 
close it if that's what they wanted. They're all running commercial Motorola 
radios and stuff. I have some motorola equipment here too but it's not on 
the ham bands. 1 might be going there when I have time, I'm not sure what 
I"m doing with that radio but it was free.
