ICQ, which stands for "i seek you", I believe, is one of the first
instant mesengers around. I remember playing with it in its very
early stages in 1997 when i first got on the net and have site still.
From what i know, it is not that accessible. I do have an icq number
but have not been on the network in ages.
If it is to be used for texting mainly, I would recommend using
Miranda as a client for accessing icq as miranda has a much cleaner
and simpler interface and scritps for jaws users.
