Dear Phil,

I'm praying for John and Vicki.

I always say ouch when I attempt to get blood. I absolutely hate 
taking my blood sugar. I'm suppose to take it 3 times a day, and 
I'mnot doing that. I'm lucky if I take it once a day.

I'm praying big time.

I know what Vicki is going through.
