Jen,
You might be surprised. Of course, I don't know your definition of a
romance novel, or even a Christian romance novel, so that could be a
problem. I have three chapters finished already, too. It's a love story
which incorporates a sighted 25 year old farmer going to college for
business and computers who ends up marrying a 20 year old young blind woman.
They are both Christians so there is a lot of Christian aspects to the
story, including the type of ministry I am involved in every day, and I am
also answering every blind question I've ever been asked or heard before
throughout the story. So there is theology, Christianity, practical
Christian living, and I mean where the real rubber meats the road, tragedy,
the experience of going blind as a youth, going through rehab as a blind
person, blind parenting, raising sighted children, blind people married to
sighted people, preaching, teaching, sin verses holiness, and some other
areas I'm not talking about until the book is finished. Besides, it might
be a best seller some day, haw.
Phil.
