Hi Doris,

Rhetorically or literally, which ever, tell me something you have been
angered over in the past or present. Actually if you think on ityourself,
if you think on why you are angered, you will find the root of it is fear.
That is why I said anger is fear. Anger is to fear what peace is to
security, or maybe what a smile is to pleasantness, or even what hunger is
to an empty stomach. an outward show of what lies within. Even the basic
dog displays this. Why would a dog while eating its dinner attack another
walking up on it? Fear of losing its meal, it sustenance. Why would a
mother anything attack anything that threatens is child, pup, cub or
whatever? Fear of emotional loss and harm to its loved ones in the case of
humans, in the case of animals, instinctive fear of not carrying on the
multiplication of its kind as was so directed by God at creation. Anger
comes from fear which comes from what we believe. If I walked along a path
in the woods tick tap bump bump tic tap bump bump.... sound affects there
of a cane on the trail :) and then suddenly I wrenched my ankle in a hole
in the path. I'd be probably wincing a bit, probably not too happy but
realizing things happen and then try to stand up on it and keep on my
journey. If on the other hand I did the same thing and I happened to be a
professional gymnast with a competition tomorrow, I might have a different
reaction to my experience in fear of my inability to compete, all my work
I've worked for in the past six months down the tubes in one stupid fall on
a walk in the woods I didn't need to go on anyway but my wife wanted to
take this nice little walk in the woods and now look at me limping along
here and ....

So that might be an exaggeration but it illustrates how we sometimes react.

Brad
