I got it. I just had to go to tools and click on the send all button as well
as the send all/receive button. Don't know why, but I had to click on both.

Cecily,

You should get this back from me.  Using Outlook Express I only had to do 
CTRL+R for it to show that it was sending my message to the list.

Just let me know you have it.

Don't quite know what's going on myself but trying to help Phil figure 
things out.
