Bob,

Even though you have the faster DSL, you won't always get the speed you're 
expecting.  Often, speeds are slower if a particular site is experiencing 
heavy traffic.  I once went to a site where my download speed was somewhere 
around 35 KBps, and usually it's about ten time that speed.  You may find 
that an individual site works better at different times of the day.  Again, 
it depends on traffic.
