I think what Bobby was saying was that until you explained who Randy was, it didn't make sense
what you were talking about.  Now that we know, we know why you posted it on the CP list.

Of course this is a senseless tragedy and I hope the State of Nebraska is reviewing its oversight
policies to prevent such a thing from happening again.
