I don't know much, but I tried some mesquite barbeque once, having heard so
much about it. Had a friend ship some in from Arizona. Cooked up real nice but
was still kind of pulpy inside and stringy on the outside. Tried them oak
chips too, but they just take too long to cook, and when they're done they are
all charred on the outside.
