Sean decided to step up a weight class- sells the old gin
mill & buys a sea side restaurant famous for cold beer & hot
chowder-

But clam chowder was a very labor intensive operation & back
in those days it isn't such a good idea to have Sean to
handling knives.

So did stations of the cross, at very inland grocery stores
and buys samples of every canned chowder available- because
he can handle a can opener [usually].

After sneaking these into the back & taste testing them all-
He settles on Mrs. Snow's, but it's missing something, so he
sends a bus boy across the road to fill a salt shaker w/
beach sand.

"What's the matter, got a little sand in there? Yeah, well
sorry. But that's what happens with home made clam chowder."
