I understand perfectly, believe me.
So, what I did was had the XYL do a visual on it, and take it off so I could
see how it comes on and off. This is one of these things where a sighted
person can probably help give you the clues you need.
It still amazes me that they decided to cover the jacks in this way.
Not very blind friendly, for sure.
If you want any more guidance on this, feel free to give me a phone call.
And, I'll probably still be calling you one of these days with some more
TS480 questions.
