Hi Guys,
I had never heard of an at1.

Years ago when lightning took out my Kenwood TS520 I was loaned a Heath-kit 
HW101.  My tone comparator was hooked up backwards.  I had to tune to the 
lowest tone and dip to the highest tone.  It was interesting but it worked.
