Harvey,  I am not sure this got answered, but go to view and select
normal and you should have it working again.  I am not sure about smart
quotes however.  I need to look that one up.

Subject: OT MS Word question

Somehow, my version of MS Office Word 2003 is defaulting to the web
layout view of any given document.  Does anyone know how to get it to
default to the print view?

Also, does anyone know how to turn the smart tags off?  I have both
checked and unchecked the smart tags box to get it to do this, but have
