Anybody got a lead on good wire antennas that work well for tuning the
broadcast band and short wave frequencies as well? I guess it doesn't have
to be a long wire, come to think of it, it could be vertical as well. I'm
just using a long wire right now and it works ok over all. This weekend,
I'm going to try and get it higher on the tower and stretched out into my
son's yard so I can get height and lengths as well. I'm not using a tuner,
however.

Phil.
