Hi Everyone;

When you find the document you want to open, use your windows key and select "open with".

Then, select K1000.

  Hi Tom,

  You can't use cut and paste with a .PDF file, or with any other attachment
  for that matter. You can bring the file into K1000 in one of two ways:

  1. Open the .PDF file in Adobe. Press Ctrl-P to print it, and from the
  drop-down list choose "Kessie Virtual Printer" and click OK. This causes
  K1000 to start, and it recognizes the contents of your file just as if you
  had scanned it in.

  2. Alternatively, start K1000 and open the .PDF file by pressing Ctrl-O.
  This may be a bit more work since you'll have to extract the attachment from
  OE, which is a topic for another discussion. I mention this method only
  because you can use it on any .PDF file, but I personally think it's easier
  to use method 1. From a programming standpoint, both methods do the same
  thing, and give you the same result.

  Steve
