Well wone thing that is strange is the coverage.  It isn't at all like
440, which I have a repeater on.  900 os very spotty.  also, you'll
notice very very rapid flutter when talking to a mobile.  Jim put up
several repeaters to reliably cover the valley.  The coverage isn't at
all predictable.  I could never hit anything from my house with a hand
held, although the guy who put up the repeaters said I should be able
to.  I finally put up a high gain antenna and bought a spectra radio.
