Hi Terri;
I have tried the free 411 numerous times and, I just am not happy with it.
With all the advertisements and then sometime it does not understand what
you are saying.
What it comes down to basically is that I worked on the landline side of
VERIZON for 27 years.
I am very partial to VERIZON.
