There's a lady at Daybreak, where I go for day treatment, who's mind can be 
so far out of focus from reality.  It's sad, but it can be kind of funny 
too.  You might have a little conversation like this:

T: "Sharon, I watched you on television!"

Me: "What was I doing on television?"

T: "You were just sitting there, smoking!"
