is there any laws dealing with homosexual issues in the gambia ? some may be
surprise why i ask this strange question and i know laws don't always control
people's actions but believe me ,homosexuality is slowing manifesting itself in
our shores. i heard of some cases of women devorcing their husbands for
suspecting them of being homosexuals . as poor as we are if we start copying
deviant sexual practices i don't know what hope we have. do our constitution
say any thing about this practice ?
an example of state laws unenforceable are laws against fornication and
adultery. in U.S ,the state of massacheut have a law against fornication ,if
one is caught commiting fornication you go to prison for three months or pay a
fine of $600. similarly in wiscousin committing adultery carrys a fine of $300
or three months imprisonment .this laws are statute ,they don't work in
practice if not judges will have sleeplesss nights.
polygamy in U.S is an act of felony .you go down for 6 years or pay a fine of
$6000 . but homosexuality is ok . no crime .
