I have taken Unisom before, but it was a long time ago. It used to work
pretty good for me, but now it doesn't work at all. Well, at least I don't
think it does. I guess I haven't tried it in a while. I think the last over
the counter was Nightall or something like that and it didn't work at all. I
don't think over the counter stuff works for me any more. As far as I know,
I really didn't get addicted to those as I didn't take them long term.

Subject: question for a friend.
Hi.
Talking about sleep. I have a friend who is taking unisome. Anyone know
anything about that? Could it harm her? Asking, because i don't want her
to damage her body or get addicted to it! And, if it's harmful, I want to
let her know! I'm asking because I know a lot of us have a lot of issues
with sleep, and thought someone might know something about it.
