Thanks ofr your replies to my previous questions.

As I stated beforem y son is 3 and about to start pre-school.  Since his
diagnosos a year ago  he has not ingested any gluten to my knowledge or had
any symtoms.  His previous symptoms were bloated tummy, gas, tummy aches,
diarrhea  etc...

I KNOW everyone reacts differently  and everyone is different  but my
question  is  if you accidentlaly   ingested a little gluten due to cross
contamination  or other   when would YOU feel the side effects???
Immediately?   An hour later?  The next day  etc...??  I am jsut wonderign
what the average is???
