Hi everyone, I am a regular at my local sushi place which I think should
be advantageous to me when I go in there (hopefully this week) and speak
with their manager. I always get the same rolls: Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon and
Shrimp Tempura (w/Avocado). The Spicy Tuna/Salmon don't have any cucummber
inside them, just the fish/spicy sauce as far as I can tell.

What questions should I ask him? Should I be concerned about the spicy
sauce used in the rolls? Is the rice preparation important, even though
it's white rice which is GF? Tempura batter is probably a no no, right?

I searched the archives and couldn't find any recent information and was
hoping to get specific answers to the types of sushi rolls I (and probably
many others here)like. Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able
to offer to a recently diagnosed silly yak:)

Matt
