I had a delightful meal this morning at the American Hotel in Sharon Springs, NY. We had called ahead and asked about a gluten free meal and was told it was not a problem. When we got there the server knew immediately what I needed. The meal was great, and the staff very friendly and understanding. They also have lodging there if you are traveling. Quite a few quaint shops along that route also. Call ahead and give them a heads up and you won't be disappointed.

Beverly
