When I looked the page I found indicated that isopropyl and rubbing alcohol 
was the same thing, the thing not to use is de-natured alcohol.  I think you 
are right and the page was wrong.
I wonder if I should go down to Illinois and buy a bottle of ever clear. 
It's 190 proof ethanol.  I don't know what they distill it from.  It's 
illegal in Wisconsin.
