i WAS at a JFw semonar, where they covered office 2007 and it's ribbons.
If I get it right, the ribbons act like property sheets in IE.  To get the 
shortcut keys, press the jfw help I think it's insert-f1 to get the list to 
access a particular item.  I don't have jfw or office 2007 to test it.  You 
need the latest version of jfw.
