Depends upon how many people you are supporting.  If you have a big 
network, it can be a whole lot worse than that!  But what is truly nice 
about that technology is that I can see and hear exactly what is coming up 
on the other person's computer.  It isn't quite the same thing as CITRIX, 
which by the way, both GW Micro and Dolphin Computer Access support without 
chiseling more money out of your pocket.  Sorry, had to tease the shark again!

Amusing, since I actually use JAWS, but there are things that I tolerate 
without necessarily liking.
