I'm sure that part isn't available any more as that meter has been out of 
production for some time.  I think you could sort of make one.  The hot 
lead itself is a standard banana plug I think, and I think the switch 
contact is an eighth inch audio plug.  You could get a standard hot lead 
and add another switch wire.
