I've heard braid is best, but I know people who use copper strap and don't
have any problems. I can't speak form experience, I'm about 20 feet off the
ground here so have to use an artificial ground or nothing, but everyone I
know who is setup where they can use a good ground uses either or though I
think more use braid and they both seem to work fine.
