  I thought I saw that it had come out a couple of weeks ago.  I do
not, however, know of a motherboard using it that is on the market
yet....

  Probably not.  My impression is that the big thing in this set is
support for a 100 MHz system bus, and that the PII-400 is the first
Intel CPU designed to work with that.
