Hi Lelia,

That sounds like a nightmare to me.  I just have one of those air 
conditionors that fits into a sleeve to the immediate right of the 
living room window.  Now, here's the rub.  Because of my severe Sleep 
Apnea, I must ust something called a concentrator to produce Oxygen 
and put it through my C-Pap machine.  The thing has two motors in it 
and IT MAKES HEAT, so when it gets above 90DGS., my bedroom is 
horrible.  The rub is that I should not sleep without it.  What a 
boiler it is back there.  Poor AC unit has to work double time.  I do 
understand, believe me, I do!!
