The May 1st issue of LIBRARY JOURNAL lists "Celiac Disease: A Hidden
Epidemic" by Peter Green, MD and Rory Jones as one of the Best Consumer
Health Books of 2006.
The book "explains the disease, its diagnosis, genetics, and possible
complications. Since the only treatment is to avoid gluten, the book devotes
seven chapters to the gluten-free diet. Appendixes list resources for
gluten-free food as well as further reading and organizations for referral."
