Dear Ron,
New MOBO are usually bundled with the minimum accesorries. The one SATA 
cable is for one harddisk. If you intend to put in additional harddisk then 
you have to buy addtional SATA cables. Nowadays, new MOBO can support 2 or 4 
SATA harddisk. Please refer to your manual.
