Not as long as you have a very secure mounting structure and guy it.  It is 
pretty tall, and heavy, and there is a lot of antenna to catch the 
wind.  We had looked at doing something similar here, but decided that 
placing it in the back yard would be easier.  It also made the antenna much 
less obtrusive.  The neighbors have been super here, but I don't want to 
push the point.

Anyway, it should work well up there as long as you give it a very strong 
mounting structure.
