For what it's worth, my suggestion  of Avvid was just that: a suggestion 
only.  I have never used him myself, so it's not a personal recommendation. 
Also I was latching on to John's post that he would be a good choice if only 
he were  still in business.


Having said that, I have heard a lot of good things about him on the net and 
over the air.    A lot of people were stunned when he shut down a few years 
ago, and then were overjoyed to see him come back recently.
 Based on what I have heard, I would have no problem  using him myself at 
some future time.
