HI ALL:
Owing to the 1948 Telecommunication Act of parliament in the U.K., the
commercial aircraft towers cannot produce live streaming of transmissions.
I can receive them from Amsterdam, Paris ... ETC but not from London
Heathrow nor Gatwick which I can receive on VHF and UHF channels!
I gather that the reason is that 'streaming' is construed as
're-transmission'.

I think our law here in Idaho did at one time or still may prohibit
using a broadcast radio with all windows rolled up preventing you from
hearing sirens. Likewise fishing from the center of a bridge while
sitting on a camel is prohibited as well. This relates to early history
when Chinese gold mine workers engaged in this activity. =20
