Agreed.  Too bad I will miss the pacific however.  Ah well may help with
the Califonia pile ups.

Be sure the antenna is grounded to the roof.  If you looked at the
radiation pattern, it would be like a circle with a flat side toward the
west--where there is no radials or ground.  Should work very well
though.
