Call Arrl as it may be old enough that it is not on the web. I think it

I forget who, but somebody mentioned there was an article in QST about
modifying the TS-430S to have speech output.
I've been searching on the web for it and cant find it.
If somebody could give me a pointer in the right direction it would be
