Seems like spybot and addaware work well if they are both 
used.  Their is a really cool automated installer and batch file to 
automate spybot, available from
http://www.jfwlite.com
At least it was.  I can send you the files if you want.
At least with window-eyes, addaware has to be run from the mouse 
navigation keys, but it works fine.  I think jfw has managed to 
script the process.
