Si io ben memora, mesmo in le latino classic on sovente omitteva le
verbo "esse" in alcun (mais non rar) casos... 
In italian on dice que le verbo era "sottinteso" = "subintender"(?)

E on besonia memorar que un tal practica es in uso mesmo in le
jornales: in facto le titulos sovente es nominales = sin verbos.
