Lou,

That tilt-over base seems like a neat idea.  How tall is it?

Would I have to worry about that capacitor if I don't get the add-on 80 
meter kit?  I'm primarily interested in a vertical for bands above 40 
meters.  I might even like a vertical on 40, but not having one wouldn't 
disappoint me all that much.
