Hi All--

I just recently did a summary on GF prenatal vitamins (information for a
friend), and started thinking about the vitamins that I take. Since we have
lived for some period of time in a state of malabsorption, we should all be
taking the best supplements we can afford. How can we tell which vitamins
are the best? I may be wrong, but I don't think the FDA regulates vitamin
supplements (correct me if I'm wrong...). How do we know that what is
printed on the label is what is really in the vitamin...and at the dosage
stated on the label?

Thanks...I'll summarize.

Cheers,
Ayn in Alabama
