I really seem to need hearing things like this on a perpetual
basis. I wish I had a little recorder to speak to me audibly and
remind me of this.

Sometimes, I get so depressed and then I get absent-minded and can't
even figure out what to do to make myself better. It seems like a
circular room with just too many doors and none of them are clearly
marked, not even the exits. I can't stand it.
