    Yeah, I hear you, Colin.

I will probably stick with the 718 and the TMV7A;  but, just wanted to 
pursue all possibilities.

I still may need to use two power supplies, though, if I need to monitor 
and/or work both HF and VHF simultaneously, but that's doable.

Just kind of thinking out loud here.
