Harvey,

Does this cd have each chapter broken out as a separate track and verses
indexed as well, such that the daisy players will work with it?

Yes there is.  It's the new King James version put out by an outfit in 
Bradenton Florida whose name I can't think of right now.  One disc has
the 
old testament, and the other has the new, and it is read by Cliff
Barrose of 
the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
