The PS/2 keyboard is ok, but the USB keyboard does not work until
later. Sometimes, it won't work until it is unplugged then plugged
back in.

I removed the jumper from pins 1-2 then shorted pins 2-3 for a few
seconds, then replaced the jumper on pins 1-2.
As of now, Ubuntu (that was working very well until these problems
started) doesn't often start---the screen goes blank after the ubuntu
splash screen appears. During these lockups, the post code is "F6".
Windows seems to work most of the time.
