I personally don't have much faith in E-Machines ability to upgrade past
it's origional "low end" abilities but, If you do, be aware that, in the past,
they have used a low end power supply (I've had to replace two) that should
probably be replaced if trying to upgrade.
I'm not a comp tech like so many on the list, just sharing my own personal
experiences.

Well Bill it's one of those things that says you could now get a whole new
computer that outraces your Celeron processor with a AMD or a Intel Dual
Core or even a Quad core processor installed with a great video card like a
NVDA 8500 for around 5-600.00 That is how inexpensive the new rigs are going
for and if you just want to get a new video card look into a ATI X1650 AGP
card for around 90.00
