Hi Jim,

The abdominal distention gets even worse and I retain fluid, or at least I
think that's what it is. After eating it, throughout the day, my thighs get
so swollen that by the end of the day it's uncomfortable to walk. Pants that
are baggy on me get tighter and tighter throughout the day.

I have the same reaction to pork, lamb, bison, eggs, and dairy. The reaction
to dairy has been there a long time. The reaction to the other foods was an
issue in 2007, then it got better, and in September 2008 they all started
coming back. I have NO idea what happened last year but it's pretty
frustrating.

Kristina

I would like to know, Kristina, how you react to grassfed beef.
