Yes, correcto!
I was thinking about the nuts that Oliva is eating too just because I 
just put myself thru a nut experiment.
I hadn't eaten nuts for a long time because almonds and coconut 
products had caused me RLS and itchiness  So I thought I would try 
some mixed raw nuts with no salt. I had a bad week. I lost a lot of 
energy and acquired a lot of aches and pains and plugged ears. It was 
sort of like a gluten reaction but not as much nausea and stomach involvement.
So, Oliva might also benefit from eliminating nuts for a while from 
the diet along with the casein products to see if she has any 
improvement in her test results.
