Hi Marcel,

I find it difficult, too, and never used to worry about my protein intake
because I just feel good when I eat a lot of it. However, my FBG has been
relatively high and if you do a search in the archives on 'rosedale' you'll
find many posts indicating that too much protein can have the same effect as
too many carbohydrates.

I know supplements are not paleo but I do take some. As for fish, I would
worry about eating fish at this point due to mercury or other harmful
substances.

You'll probably get more replies to your question and better ones. This is a
very knowledgeable group of people!!

Kristina

It is my question; I find it very hard and even impossible to eat that

amount of protein. Considering that i don`t eat any meat only fish, eggs

and nuts for the protein intake. At the moment I’m very much thinking

the use a supplement. But that’s not very paloe!!.

Do you have any idée’s?
Regards , Marcel
