Well, I'm not going to be doing any switching soon, for reasons that I noted 
in earlier e-mails. ... It just really bothers me that the Jaws upgrades 
don't seem to be keeping up with the latest Microsoft developments. ... 
Isn't that what we're paying all this money for?

I still haven't heard from the Jaws technical support folks yet.

Will see what they say.
